Cancellation policy

Some items in the Regüsk store are offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a Regüsk subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of Primal Root-Balance on the frequency you selected at checkout — either every two months or every four months.

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically at the start of each new delivery cycle, unless you chose to pay in advance.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

You can cancel or modify your subscription  by:

  • Logging into your Regüsk account at regusklabs.com
  • Clicking on your active order and selecting Manage Subscription
  • removing your credit/debit card from the manage subscriptions section
  • Or emailing us at support@regusklabs.com with your order number

Please note: Subscription cancellations take effect from the next scheduled renewal. Any order already processed and fulfilled under your current cycle is not eligible for cancellation — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for those requests.

Discounts applied to your subscription tier (20% off every two months, and 20% off every four months) apply only while the subscription remains active. Cancelled subscriptions lose access to the discounted rate on future orders 


Pre-Orders

If Regüsk offers a pre-order on an upcoming product or restock, you are purchasing a product not yet available for immediate shipment.

Depending on the pre-order terms at checkout, we may collect full payment upfront, a partial deposit, or store your payment method and charge at the time of fulfillment.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting us at support@regusklabs.com with your order number. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled — however you may be eligible for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
