Refund policy
At Regüsk, we stand behind Primal Root-Balance with a 100-day money-back guarantee. If you have genuinely committed to the ritual and are not satisfied with your results, we will refund your purchase — no drama.However, because this is a consumable wellness product and results require consistency, the following conditions apply strictly and without exception.
To qualify for a refund, ALL of the following must be met:
- Within the 100-day window — Your refund request must be submitted within 100 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after day 100 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Proof of purchase required — You must provide your original order number and the email address used at checkout. Requests submitted without a valid order number cannot be processed.
- Minimum use requirement — You must have used the product consistently for at least 60 days. Single-order purchases of one box (30 sachets) do not qualify, as one box does not meet the minimum use threshold. Refunds are available on bundles of 2 or more boxes only.
- Partial use only — Products that are fully consumed (all sachets used) beyond the 60-day minimum are not eligible for a return of physical product. Refund requests on fully consumed product beyond 60 days require submission of your order details only — no physical return is needed if the minimum use threshold was met.
- First-time customers only — The 100-day guarantee applies to your first purchase of Primal Root-Balance only. Repeat orders, subscription renewals, and reorders are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
- One refund per household — The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer, per address, and per payment method. Duplicate or multiple refund requests from the same household will be declined.
