What these two inositol powder sachets share
Both are a single daily sachet built on 40:1 myo and d-chiro inositol, the ratio normally found in the blood (Nordio et al., 2019). Both add a form of folate and ashwagandha, both are vegan, and both are sugar free. If you like the sachet format, either one saves you from scooping.
Where they differ
1. Disclosed doses
This is the biggest practical difference. Regüsk lists the amount of every active on its product page. At the time of writing, the Ovarigen Plus product page lists its ingredients without amounts, so you'd need the physical box to know how much inositol, folic acid, ashwagandha or vitamin D3 you're getting. That doesn't mean the amounts are low. It just means you can't compare them online.
2. Folic acid vs L-methylfolate
Ovarigen Plus uses folic acid, the most widely studied form. Regüsk Inositol Powder uses L-methylfolate, an active form the body can use without converting it first. Both are legitimate choices.
3. Vitamin D3 vs magnesium
Ovarigen Plus includes vitamin D3, which Regüsk Inositol Powder doesn't. If you want D3 in the same sachet, that's a point for Ovarigen Plus. Regüsk includes magnesium glycinate instead, along with chaste berry, maca and vitamin B6. We explain those choices in why we add botanicals to inositol powder.
4. How you take it
Ovarigen Plus is taken in the morning, dissolved in 250ml of water, or mixed into sugar-free yoghurt or a sugar-free drink. Regüsk Inositol Powder is blackberry-lemon flavoured and can be taken straight, in water or in a smoothie.
5. Availability
When we checked in October 2026, both Ovarigen Plus sizes were showing as sold out on the brand's website. Stock changes, so check for yourself.
A note on ashwagandha
Both products contain ashwagandha, so the same caution applies to both. It should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding and isn't recommended for people with thyroid or autoimmune conditions (NCCIH). Talk to your healthcare professional first if any of that applies to you.
